Do you use your own servers?
Actually, to setup bounce and feedback addresses is not really difficult. Mb we can help you.

What about services, you can try Zoho Mail, ProtonMail or FastMail. You can use them for free, but with limited features.
Follow the service’s guide to create an email address under your domain (e.g., bounce@yourdomain.com).

And which mailer you use? In most of mailers you can configure bounce processing.

For example, Interspire allows to process bounces directly from pmta logs.

There is no universal warm-up strategy. Each email service requires its own approach.

how u do it

Here's a general IP/domain warm-up plan:

Week 1: Start Small

  • Volume: Send emails to about 1-2% of your total list (e.g., 1,000-2,000 emails/day if your list is 100,000).
  • Target Audience: Focus on your most engaged subscribers (those who regularly open and interact with your emails).
  • Frequency: Send one email per day.
  • Content: Use high-quality, relevant content to encourage positive engagement.

Week 2: Gradual Increase

  • Volume: Increase the volume to 3-5% of your list.
  • Target Audience: Continue targeting engaged users, but slowly include slightly less active subscribers.
  • Frequency: Send 1-2 emails per day.
  • Content: Maintain the same level of quality and relevance.

Week 3: Further Scaling

  • Volume: Increase to 10-15% of your list.
  • Target Audience: Begin including more of your list, but still avoid completely inactive users.
  • Frequency: Send 2-3 emails per day.
  • Content: Test different types of content (e.g., promotional offers, newsletters) while maintaining high relevance.

Week 4: Expanding Reach

  • Volume: Increase to 25-50% of your list.
  • Target Audience: Include a broader segment of your list, with some inactive users mixed in.
  • Frequency: Send up to 5 emails per day.
  • Content: Continue to monitor engagement and adjust content accordingly.

Week 5 and Beyond: Full Send

  • Volume: Gradually move towards sending to your entire list.
  • Target Audience: All subscribers, including previously inactive ones.
  • Frequency: Maintain regular sending schedules that match your marketing strategy.
  • Content: Continue optimizing content based on performance data.
